By publishing research, you grant us a license to display, distribute, and analyze your content through our platform features.

AI Analysis

You consent to our AI systems analyzing your research to provide insights and summaries, while maintaining your ownership rights.

Collaboration

When collaborating, you maintain rights to your contributions while granting access to collaborators as specified in project settings.

7. Additional Terms

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall QuantiFlow be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Research Collaboration

When participating in research collaboration features, you agree to respect other researchers' intellectual property and maintain professional conduct. Collaborative research projects are subject to the terms agreed upon by all participants at the time of project creation.

Data Export and Portability

You have the right to export your research data and analysis at any time through our data export features. Upon account termination, you will have 30 days to download your data before it is permanently deleted from our systems.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of New York.
